As most of you know, we lost my father less than a year ago to Huntington's Disease. HD is a family disease and so far there is no cure. We want to raise awareness and funds to help make this generation the last to suffer from HD. The Race will be on September 8th in Sugarland and here's how you can help.

1) Come out to RUN- for those of you who are full of energy, register for the competitive 5K, or take it easy with the non-competitive walk. Bring the family - strollers follow the walkers and we have a Kids K with medals for all who run. To register go to www.run2curehd.com and click Register.

2) Come out for FUN - volunteer with us. We have lots of opportunities to volunteer including the kids area. Email  me at Whitley@houston.rr.com if you are interested.

3) Stay home & DONATE - no plans to run or wake up early? No problem. If you could, a donation to HDSA would greatly help the cause and help our family. Any amount is welcome.
