Hello...It's that time of year again to jump into the freezing water. This is my 2nd year doing this and I'm just as excited as I was last year!! The anticipation right before you hit the water is quite nerve racking. However, meeting the athletes before the event when they're show off their medals, and the smiles on their faces after you come back soaking wet from the jump, makes it all totally worth it. This is an awsome event for an excellent group of people!!
