Ms. Lisa Li is the Director & CEO of Ago Quod Perceptum, Inc. dba/fbn youliveandyoulearn.org and is concerned with civil society, philanthropy, and the nonprofit sector and seeks to promote the practice of charitable giving and voluntarism through a variety of strategies including advocacy, disclosure, information exchange, and research.
Ms. Li appears before a variety of groups to provide instruction of the public on subjects useful to the individual and beneficial to the community. Typically, presentations are made to high schools and universities, community organizations, or businesses and associations.

12/19: Produced inaugural community and artistic expression event at Club Five Two Five in San Francisco, sponsored in part by SFclubs.com and ClearChannel.com, to promote appreciation for and enjoyment and understanding of original design garments that precede the adoption of new fashion trends.

Any NTEE-CC activity undertaken by Ago Quod Perceptum, Inc. while WHOmentors.com ,Inc. is the 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor is defined as a "project" of WHOmentors.com, Inc.
Pursuant to IRS Revenue Ruling 68-489, 1968-2 C.B. 210, WHOmentors.com, Inc. must retain control and discretion of a project in the furtherance of its own 501(c)(3) exempt purposes, namely educational and charitable.

This policy pertains to all forms of advertising, including all print (newspaper, newsletters, posters, flyers, brochures, raffle tickets, etc.) television and radio promotion. Regarding promotional items, Ms. Li usuallys arrive with individual photos or autograph cards to sign during an event.
