Aspire Fitness Studios is supporting the Diversity Center of North East OH to help bring our community together through health, fitness & fun (3mi walk & 5k run).  100% of the proceeds of the walk go to in school programs in our neighborhoods. 

Aspire Fitness Studios Staff (Kate, Adrienne, Ben and I) and my son's (Brett, Brendon, and Alden) are going to lead the warmups for the 5k runners this Saturday,  May 1st, at approximately 8:15am (on the staging, right in front of the  Rock and Roll Hall of Fame)

The 5k run begins at 8:30am.  

The 3mile walk begins at 9am. (Meet up near the staging, right in front of the  Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, where the Aspire banner is)

.Aspire Fitness Studios will be giving One month personal training packages to the 1st place finishers and a random winner will be drawn from all 5k entrants.
