I have been diagnosed with Polycystic Kidney Disease (PCKD). It affects both kidneys and is irreversible. I am the 4th member of my immediate family to be diagnosed with PCKD.

I am currently undergoing dialysis treatments and have been placed on the organ transplant wait list. The average wait for an organ transplant is 3-5 years.
