High school students Lindsey and Haley Goff, siblings of Woodrow’s Madeline and Ben Whitten have offered to head up a fundraiser for Haiti at our school.  Classes will compete against each other raising funds in the classroom and on this website.

 

The organization receiving the donations is The International Rescue Committee.  90% of funds are spent on programs and services. Your support will go directly to the IRC’s efforts helping survivors of the Haiti earthquake cope in its devastating aftermath.  Their website is https://www.theirc.org/about .

 

When? February 1 – 8, 2010

 

How? Bring all of your change in! Call and email family and ask them to go to the school’s fundraising website http://www.firstgiving.com/lindseygoff. Make sure they leave their name and your student’s teacher’s name in the comment box so your child’s class can receive credit. This is an easy way to get family from all over involved!
