Can you give $11.00 towards 11,000 children? 

LET"S RAISE $1100 for 11,000 school children.

If you give $22.00, the money will provide over 16 lunches for kids!

11,000. That is the number of children in north and east King County who receive free and reduced fee meals during the school year. Unfortunately, this program isn’t available during the summer months when school is out of session, which raises another question:  How are these 11,000 children adequately fed during the summer months?

Hopelink, the Eastside’s largest human services agency, addresses this issue by providing nutritious and healthy foods to children who are either homeless or whose families are low-income. But we can only accomplish this goal with the support of our local community partners, including that of our business community partners.  End Summer Hunger is a campaign designed for the community to support our neighbors in need. This program demonstrates that each individual can help make a lasting change in our community. For example, $20 can provide a nutritious lunch to 16 children. Imagine how many lunches you could provide!
