Hello!

My Name is Yvette Lassegard. My son Aric is an athlete with the Special Olympics. This awesome program is near and dear to my heart as well as the hearts of my family, friends and not to mention Aric. The Special Olympics offers kids like Aric the opportunity to participate in the sports that they love, but would not be able to play normally.  My friends and I decided to partake in the Polar Plunge this year to help raise money for the Special Olympics and the programs they offer for these kids. This will be the first time for us all to participate in this event, and we are very excited to help with a cause that brings smiles to beautiful faces and pride to pure hearts!!
