This year marks the 11th Guardian Angel Basset Rescue’s Illinois Waddle. Over the past 11 years, over 12,000 Bassets have waddled with us and over 3,500 bassets have been rescued by GABR and placed in new homes. In accomplishing this remarkable feat, over $1 million has been spent on the bassets. This could not have been done without the help of wonderful volunteers like you and your support during the Illinois Waddle.
The Bash and Waddle will be at a single convenient location at the Waddle Site in Dwight, Illinois. Last year, GABR purchased the 3 acres of land where The Waddle has been held over the years. In addition to having our own home for the waddle and other GABR events, this year we will all enjoy events and festivities on our new stage which thanks to our supporters, will be built in time for the 2008 Waddle & Bash.
