Walk Strong to Make Life Long

 Gavin students can make a difference!

 Join us on May 31 at Lakewood Forest Preserve and participate in our walk to raise money for cancer research.  100% of our proceeds will be donated to Gateway for Cancer Research.  (See below for more about Gateway for Cancer Research.) 

 There will be a $20.00 registration fee.  The first 100 registered participants will receive a t-shirt and a goody bag at the event!  Free early refreshments will be served.  We will fire up the grill at 11:00 for lunch.  Lunch items will be sold at a nominal fee to cover expenses.

 This is an all day event so feel free to stop by at your convenience between 9:30-3:30.  Sand volleyball and other field based activities will be available.  We will have a performance by Michael Vucic and Mallory Simmermon as well.

**Gavin Junior High School is located in Ingleside, Illinois.  We are thrilled to be able to support both students and community members that have survived and died from cancer.

 **Gateway for Cancer Research, a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit organization based in Schaumburg, IL, is dedicated to curing cancer through funding patient-centered clinical studies that make an impact on those battling cancer.
