Germantown HELP provides emergency food, prescription assistance, diapers and holiday help to those in need in Germantown, Maryland. As the cost of gas goes up, so does everything else! More and more people are calling us for help, but we just can't keep up with the cost of food. Our prescription assistance program had to be (temporarily, we hope!) closed down for lack of funds.
