for our 9th Annual
Wags-n-Whiskers Walk!
Glendale Humane Society (GHS) is a private, non-profit, no-kill shelter that has worked to find safe, loving homes for lost, unwanted and abandoned companion animals for more than 85 years. Most of our dogs and cats come from over-crowded city and county shelters. Once at GHS, these animals remain in our care until placed in loving, permanent homes.
Wags-n-Whiskers is a wonderful way to support GHS and help safe a life- four paws at a time! Your participation helps raise funds to cover the costs of medical care, food, enrichment and training for the hundreds of dogs and cats we rescue every year.
Join us on Sunday, May 5th in charming, old town Montrose. Come enjoy great food, carnival games, vendors, dog contests and much, much more, including the weekly Harvest Market, Kids and Kritters and Taste of Montrose. Lace up your sneakers and come strut your mutt! Walk in honor or memory of a pet or join us as a “virtual walker”.
It’s easy and fun to participate! Registration is free.
Raise $100 on behalf of GHS and you’ll receive an official walk hat. All dogs that participate in the walk get a goodie bag and doggie bandana!
