ALOHA FRIENDS AND FAMILY!
Did you know …? " Nearly 30,000 children die every day, most from hunger or preventable diseases. " That breaks Malia's and my heart. I'm sure it breaks your heart, too.
A goat, although a simple animal, can change a child's life... even impact a whole community! This is what a goat will do:
- Provide protein-rich dairy products, especially milk, to feed hungry kids.
- Excess dairy, such as cheese and butter, are sold for income.
- Be a warm friend.
- Continue to provide through offspring (recipients give their first kid to a community member).
- Even the manure is used as an excellent fertilizer.
After 20+ years sponsoring kids and programs with World Vision, our family has come to deeply trust their wonderful abilities to take meager monies we raise and bring change and hope to children around the world. We can personally vouch for this fine organization.
