The 2010 DSAW is scheduled for Saturday, October 09, at Moreland Park from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The Green River Area Down Syndrome Association (GRADSA), invites you to join us for our ANNUAL AWARENESS WALK FOR DOWN SYNDROME, formerly known as the Buddy Walk. The walk promotes public awareness and inclusion for individuals with Down syndrome. The Owensboro DSAW is held during National Down Syndrome Awareness Month in October.

The Annual DSAW is GRADSA's main fundraiser.  The monies raised during this event support the group's mission in the upcoming year.  GRADSA offers a variety of services, from Parent Outreach and Education, to social events throughout the year.  GRADSA also offers a bi-monthly newsletter, a Hospital Outreach Program, and financially supports parents who attend National and Regional conferences throughout the year.

 Come join us for a family-friendly, fun-filled day. 

Our children and adults with Down Syndrome are the heart of our organization - and our most precoius gifts.
