Dear Family and Friends,

Last year Keith and I asked you to help us raise money for Special Olympics by sponsoring us at the Virginia Run Triathlon. You were all so generous that we have decided to do it again. So on May 11th, we will be swimming/biking/running again for this wonderful cause. For those of you in the Northern Virginia area, please feel free to come out and cheer for us and the 10 Special Olympics athletes who will also be competing. It is truly inspirational.
