The Halifax Paws Society is a junior board of directors developed to cultivate future talent to be stewards of the Halifax Humane Society mission and to create sustainable solutions for the greatest needs of HHS.  This group of dedicated young professionals is committed to ensuring that all animals are treated with dignity and respect, protected from cruelty and neglect, and increase education/awareness of responsible pet ownership.

The HPS is focused on increasing animal adoptions in Volusia County by increasing awareness and by purchasing a mobile adoption vehicle to be used throughout the county. All funds raised through FirstGiving will go directly to the purchase of that vehicle.
