Harvest Home was founded 17 years ago as a way to provide access to farm-fresh produce to communities in need. Today Harvest Home is a leading provider of farm-fresh produce and regionally grown foods distributed to the neediest families in distressed communities (higher unemployment, higher poverty and/or drop-out rates greater than the state or national rate) in New York City. We operate farmers markets in East and Central Harlem, the Bronx, and Brooklyn and Queens.
Your support will help us achieve our mission to increase access of locally grown produce for consumers in high need, low-income New York City communities identified as “fresh and healthy food deserts.”
