On Saturday September 22, 2012, we will be holding a Team Hope Walk for Huntington's Disease!

Registration opens at 10:30 am, and the walk begins at 11:30 am.  Registration for adults is only $15 and kids 13 and under are free!  Then stick around for, music, an over-the-top raffle, and fun with familiy and friends!  Thank you so much for joining in our efforts to celebrate help for today, hopeThank you so much for joining in our efforts to celebrate Help for today, Hope for tommorrow, and a brighter future for HD!

WHAT TO DO:      

Step 1: Sign-up!   The first step is to create your team’s First Giving page. This page provides an EASY way for your supporters to donate on behalf of yourself and your team. You may also create an individual First Giving page, if you do not have a team.

Click on the GREEN REGISTER button, and select the number of  people you would like to register

2. In order to register, Sign in or create a FirstGiving account, by filling in the required fields.

3. Fill out the registration information and press Continue. If you would like to join a team, please find or create the team you would like to be on.

4. Next, you will have the opportunity to  create a fundraising page, that you can share with your family and friends to support the mission of HDSA and Start raising money! Ask your Friends, Family, Co-Workers, Neighbors, Therapists, Dentists, Lover, Ex-Lovers, Priests, Dog-Walkers...you get the idea...FOR A DONATION!! BIG or small it all ccounts!
