Thank you for your interest in American Foundation for Children with AIDS (AFCA)!  Our aim is to improve the lives of children and youth struggling with the impact of the HIV/AIDS pandemic.   We send free medicine, food and medical and humanitarian supplies to our partnering hospitals in Kenya, Zimbabwe and Uganda and they distribute this to HIV+ children who have AIDS.  We also provide the same items for HIV+ guardians of our children, as well as to pregnant HIV+ women.
