On your Mark, Get Set, Walk!
The Hinsdale Humane Society will host our 24th annual Pet Walk, Sunday, June 2nd, at Katherine Legge Memorial Park, Hinsdale. The event is our largest fundraiser, a walk-a-thon for people and pets, helping our homeless animals and celebrating the joys of pet ownership.
The funds raised at Pet Walk allow us to continue our lifesaving work offering shelter to homeless animals, providing humane education to area schools, pet therapy to senior citizens and behavior counseling for pet owners.
The Hinsdale Humane Society’s Pet Walk is a community showcase designed to inform, educate, and encourage people and pets to live responsibly and to preserve and protect the human - animal bond. We will be joined by area rescue groups, pet related animal services, area veterinarains, and obedience trainers.
Your Donation Helps! Your contribution will help feed and care for animals in need of loving homes, provide medical services to sick and injured animals, rescue animals in emergency situations, and provide humane education to enrich the lives of individuals and animals alike.
