DogGone Good Time Festival

The 3rd Annual DogGone Good Time Festival is the largest annual fundraising event to support the Humane Society of York County (HSYC). Around 300 people and 80 dogs have attended each of our first two events and we've raised a total of $12,500. To reach our goal of $10,000 this year, we need your help!!

The Festival is from 10 am to 2 pm and features the following

Dog Walk. Enjoy the walk on the 0.6 mile paved walking trail which loops around the park. Registration $25 (includes an Event T-Shirt).

Individual and Team Fundraising. Set up your fundraising page and seek donations from your friends and family! The top three individual fundraisers will receive special recognition.

The Celebration of the DOG

  • Camp K-9 Resort will have fun dog and owner games
  • Training Tips
  • Agility exercises
  • Breed specific rescue

NEW - Beef O'Brady's BBQ plate $10 - includes BBQ, bun, cole slaw, beans, dessert and one drink.  Pre-ordering strongly encouraged.  Enjoy the delicious food at the event or take out.

NEW - Baxter's Bunch Playhouse KIDZ ZONE - includes bounce house provided by Charlotte Checkers, games, petting zoo, face painting, and more.

Kris Stevens, 96.9 The Kat, will be the event DJ.

Vendors - great stuff for people and pets!!.

 

Pet Rules

•Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
•All dogs must be current on all vaccinations.
•Please do not bring female dogs in heat.
•Participants are expected to practice responsible pet ownership.
•Use good judgment regarding the temperament of your pet.
•Pets must be kept under control at all times.
•Please come prepared to clean up after your pets.
•Water will be provided for all pets. If your pet requires a separate drinking container, please bring your own.
