After a hard winter, our pets are full of energy! The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and the pets and their people are ready to walk. Please join us on Saturday, May 14, for our 20th Annual Furry Skurry, a family-friendly 5K dog walk benefiting the programs and services of the Humane Society of Greater Dayton. The walk begins at 10:00 AM on the lovely grounds of Miami Valley Hospital South, travels west on Clyo Road to the Dayton CARE Center (emergency veterinary hospital), and – winding back through the beautiful surrounding neighborhood – returns to Miami Valley Hospital South, where participants can enjoy food, fun and festivities.
There are three EASY steps to Furry Skurry!
Step 1: Register as a walker by clicking on the “Get Started” button above. You will complete the online secure registration information and choose your team, if applicable.
Step 2: Create your personalized fund raising page. Fundraising is easier than ever! It will only take you a few minutes to create a personal web page. It’s as easy as uploading a photo and writing a personal story.
Step 3: Everyone wants to help, they just need to know how. Tell all your friends, family and co-workers! When you are done, add the link to Facebook, Linkedin and other social media sites. You can also add the link to your webpage into your email signature. Please tell everyone you know about the Furry Skurry!
Registration Fees:
