Humanity First USA's mission is to relieve suffering, promote peace and understanding, and strengthen people's capacity to help themselves. Their medical programs are designed to improve the health of some of the world's most vulnerable populations.
The Humanity First Medical Outreach project aims to bring primary care to rural areas in third world countries. This February, a team of doctors and University of Michigan student volunteers will be traveling to rural Guatemala to provide basic medical care to deserving communities.
