Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!  Each year I try and find new ways to get the word out on how to help our shelter friends find forever homes, and firstgiving.com is really helping out big this year!

You know that me, Jezebel and Sammie (we never forget Sammie, that's why I picked this picture) were all from the Humane Society.  The shelter has changed over the years and now our friends there can wait to find their forever homes instead of having to go to sleep if they didn't find one in time.  This takes a lot of support and help, and we want to do our part.

In our first fundraising year, we came in fourth (missed it by a tail).  In our second year, we raised $750 dollars and came in SECOND!

This year we want to be FIRST FIRST FIRST!!  And we need your help to get there.

Mom said that if you don't itemize on your taxes, you could write a check to her and have it matched dollar for dollar with her donation!  Last year, that added an additional $150 dollars to the total, so we really raised $900 (but Mom wouldn't let us count that when we turned it in - she said it was cheating.  I told her to talk to the paw!).

Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. If you do itemize (or get points or cash back on your credit card), then you can donate here (but you should put it all in my name because Jezebel is snoring on the big bed and not helping me type!).  Either way you donate, it is a win-win for everyone, and our shelter friends really need your help!
