Welcome! And thank you for your support of the Idaho Humane Society! We are Idaho's largest and oldest animal welfare organization, animal shelter and veterinary charity in the State of Idaho. Thanks to your support, we shelter over 14,000 lost, homeless, and sometimes abused pets each year at our animal shelter. We are Idaho's largest humane law enforcement agency and each day we investigate and pursue cases of abuse or neglect perpetrated against animals. We provide professional veterinary medical care to over 20,000 animals each year at our veterinary medical center. We spay or neuter over 8,000 pets each year, more than any other veterinary hospital or organization in Idaho. Our Rescue Ranch is the leading farm animal and horse rescue and rehabilitation center in our region. We advocate for animals at the local level and in the State legislature, working to pass laws that protect and improve the lives of animals. We receive no support from national animal organizations, and we are focused on helping the animals right here in Idaho. Please visit our webpage www.idahohumanesociety.org to learn more about us and the animals we are dedicated to helping.
