For a memorial, on the "Confirm Your Donation" page, under the optional "Leave a Message for Iowa City Hospice, Inc.," enter the honoree's name.  For example: "Gift in memory of Bob Smith."

• Click the Get Started button
• Personalize the text and the photo on your Online Fundraising Page to express your passions and your purpose.
• Send the link out to your friends, family, colleagues - anyone you think will help you reach your goal.

Donors: Scroll down to "SPONSOR A FRIEND," in the right-hand corner of this page, to find your friend's Fundraising Page.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you are raising funds as part of a team, be sure to set up your page under the team name. If the team name does not appear, it means you are the first team member to set up a page.  Under “Can't find your team?”, add it by typing the team name in the field indicated.
