Thank you for visiting the general fundraising page for Iowa State University Dance Marathon! Your donations given through this website will go to the Dance Marathon fundraising total and be given directly to Children's Hospital of Iowa and the Children's Miracle Network.

If you want to donate to the general fund, you have come to the right place! However, if you want to donate to a specific dancer's fundraising total, go to http://www.dm.stuorg.iastate.edu/donatesearch.php. You can search for dancers' online pages through this website and donate directly to their fundraising totals.

Iowa State University Dance Marathon exists to help children with life threatening illnesses. We give financial and emotional support to local Iowa families.  All of the money raised is given directly to the Children’s Hospital of Iowa and the Children’s Miracle Network.

This year will be Iowa State's 10th Dance Marathon and we are so close to passing $1,000,000 fundraising total!! We have raised over $910,000 these last nine years, and we can break $1,000,000 with your help!

Dance Marathon is a 15-hour event held in the Great Hall of the Memorial Union on January 20, 2007 from 9am to midnight. Last year, with the help of 400 dancers, 100 committee members and countless volunteers, Iowa State raised over $145,000 for children at the Children's Hospital of Iowa.

Each year this event keeps getting bigger and better, and we expect this year to be no different!  We have set our fundraising target at $200,000, which would be the largest sum raised in the history of Iowa State University Dance Marathon.

Dance Marathon affects more and more families and children throughout Iowa each year, and as the number of families sponsored by Dance Marathon increases, we need your support even more. Donating through this site is simple, fast and secure. However, if you do not wish to donate online, you may send checks to:
