My little sled team has decided to help raise money for dogs and other pets in need at the Humane Animal Welfare Society (HAWS). While Blizzard and Flurry think pulling sleds is great, they think happy dogs are even better.
We are walking 3 miles to support HAWS and will walk it twice if we raise double our fundraising goal of $500.00!
We need your help to collect money to benefit our local shelter, so more dogs can be as happy as Blizzard and Flurry.
Some of the best dogs I have ever had were once waiting for a home in a shelter like HAWS. Blizzard, my latest pal, was a stray less than a year ago. If it wasn't for humane societies like HAWS, dogs like Blizzard may never find good homes.

We will also be doing a dog scootering demonstration at 10:30 at the event, where we will show dogs and their owners how to get out and exercise in an exciting new way. If you have not heard of dog scootering go to www.dogscooter.com to learn more or come to the event and see us in action.
