The Rock’n’Run was originally established in 2006 to honor Jack Roth and his courageous battle against cancer and to benefit the Jack Roth Fund, which is dedicated to Jack’s spirit, passion, and ideals.  The race combines those interests and ideals that were most important to Jack and provides an opportunity for family, friends, and local competitive runners to come together to honor Jack, to celebrate, and to contribute to some of the things that were dearest to him.  Race day is a fun-filled morning of food, drinks, music and great drawing prizes. 

 

The run/walk will be held on Sunday, June 10, 2012 at 9:00 am in Bexley, Ohio, with the start/finish at Bexley High School.  The 5K course, designed and timed by Premier Races, is open to participants of all ages and prizes are awarded to the top three racers in each age category.  New this year we will offer a 1 mile Family Walk as well as a Kid’s Track Dash.  We had more than 400 runners and walkers participate in 2011, and we anticipate an even greater number this year.
