My personal message:
Thank you for visiting Jack's Personal Fundraising Page.  Our little "pooh bear" means the world to us and in organizing the Walk For Autism for a second year, we are able to honor him and the many other children in this area affected by autism.

As many of you know Jack was diagnosed just after his second birthday and he is now four years old.  He has made great progress this past year and we are so proud of him.  The amount of support he has received from family and friends has truly had an impact on his success.  Please know how much Jim and I appreciate your support.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to our fundraising efforts. Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!

All our love and gratitude,

Holly, Jim, Jack and Max
