JA is the world’s oldest and largest organization dedicated to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy, and providing them with the skills necessary to be successful in school, in the workplace, and in life.
Our events support the continuation and expansion of the JA educational programs in local schools. Funding provides materials to the classes as well as program services, including recruitment, training, and support of the volunteers.
Locally, Junior Achievement has reached over 260,000 students in the Hudson Valley area since 1973. Programs are held in schools throughout Westchester, Rockland, Orange and Putnam Counties. With your support and fundraising efforts, thousands more will benefit from the JA experience!
