Hello fans! Thanks for visiting my fundraising page and sponsoring my participation in the 2010 Great Skate Winterfest!

Our eighth-annual event will kick off at noon on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010, with winter sports demonstrations, ice sculpting, sled dogs and a host of family-friendly activities. The traditional Great Skate will start at 10 p.m. that night - immediately following the Grand Rapids Griffins' game against Rockford at Van Andel Arena - and conclude at 10 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 31.

I and my teammates and coaches from the Griffins will take turns skating for at least one hour around the clock, having fun with fans and raising money for the Griffins Youth Foundation. You can help by either sponsoring me or making a Firstgiving page to solicit pledges for your own participation.
