Junior Achievement is a volunteer-driven, non-profit organization. Since 1919, Junior Achievement's purpose has been to educate and inspire young people to value free enterprise and understand business and economics to improve the quality of their lives.

This year more than 4,000 business professionals, parents, retirees and college students from across the state will enter local schools throughout Colorado to teach Junior Achievement programs to over 110,000 K-12 students. These volunteers not only use their personal experiences to make the Junior Achievement curricula practical and realistic, they provide positive adult role models for our youth.
