Thank you for visiting our Personal Fundraising Page, Honoring my Daughter, Jillian Danielle Workman.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to our fundraising efforts. Many thanks for your support.
On 1/16/07, My daughter, Jillian, died in a car accident, which was caused by complications of her Juvenile Diabetes (Diabetes Type 1).
Jillian had volunteered at Faithful Friends, which is a No-Kill center for pets and animals).
My Jill loved animals, and enjoyed the opportunity to work with this fine group. She saw, first hand, what a positive difference they make in the lives of animals and their "humans".
I believe that Jill would be greatly honored to help support Faithful Friends, and all the wonderful accomplishments they have been able to do (and will be able to continue to do), through the generosity of people like you.
Thank you very much for considering your sponsorship towards the Memory of my Jillian. Your donation really means a lot to us and to Faithful Friends Inc.
If you would like to find out more about "Jill's Dream": Finding A Cure for Juvenile Diabetes, Please check out: http://www.firstgiving.com/jillsdream
"Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) continues to make progress toward a cure for type 1 diabetes. Your donation will make a dramatic impact as JDRF moves life altering research out of the lab and into human clinical trials. Typically, more than 85 percent of JDRF's expenditures directly support research and research-related education.
Type 1 diabetes is a disease which strikes children suddenly and requires multiple injections of insulin daily or a continuous infusion of insulin through a pump.
By supporting JDRF's mission to find a cure you won't only be saving children, you will be saving childhoods."
God Bless you and all the forgotten pets; and
all our children,
who are "Fighting for a CURE" for their
Juvenile (Type 1) Diabetes
Our sincere thanks,
Jillian, Bill and Judy Workman
