We've all experienced the loss of friends or loved ones from this or other forms of this dreaded disease.  Let's see what we can do to help others not have that experience.

Completed the Marathon on Sunday the 25th.  Beautiful day, in the 50's at start time and the low 60's by the end.  Ran it in 4 hours, 47 minutes...not bad for an old man in his first marathon.  The Guiness tasted good that afternoon!
