Hippi, Elsie, Jolasveinn, Jon and I will be participating in the Critters for A Cure 1K walk-a-thon on June 7 at Montgomery County Humane Society's Paws in the Park.  Your donation not only benefits Beast Cancer Patients but also homeless pets, 7% of your donation goes to the MCHS to help support their efforts to rescue, rehabilitate and home homeless pets .  Yes only 1K ... I hurt my knee last week!  

Critters for a Cure provides several services, one being their  Critters Patient Treatment Assistance Fund (CPTAF) to help uninsured and underinsured women with the financial gaps in treatment not covered by standard federal and state health assistance programs.
