As most of you know, The Wellness Community helped me every step of the way since my cancer diagnosis in 2002 and continues to impact my life today.  It's a tough spot to be in when you hear " you have cancer".  TWC brought to my life information, support, friendship and lots of laughter.

Sunday, April 27th, 2008 is the date for the Big Sur marathon.  An incredible place and an incredible reason to be there - I knew I couldn't say no. All services @ TWC are completely free of charge....it's fund raising programs like Strides for Hope that are vital to keep these services available.
