Hi everyone,

     On Sunday, April 26, 2009 at the Irish Cultural Centre in Canton, MA I will be walking in my second "Stepping Out for Old Colony Hospice" Memorial Walk.  I will be part of the team sponsored by St Joseph Manor Nursing Home in Brockton, MA, where my mother was a resident for nearly 9 years.  Hopefully, I can repeat the 4-mile course that I completed two years ago at Stonehill College (its a fact - I have the pictures to prove it!!) 

     Seriously though, OCH is a very worthy and noble organization that made the last weeks of Mom"s life comfortable and bearable.  They supplement and work together with the staff at St Joe's to improve the quality of life for the residents.  That is why I truly believe they deserve my support.  Having said that, I am looking for generous people and/or organizations to sponsor me on my walk.
