We hope you will join John's Team and walk with us on September 28th.The proceeds of this three mile walk will benefit Hospice North Shore and some of the funds will be directed to the Kaplan Family Hospice House.  As you all have heard, Kaplan House was John's home away from home for the last three weeks of his life. It is a very special place.  We want to help Hospice of the North Shore ensure that all families have the opportunity to receive the same care that John received from the amazing staff at Kaplan House.
