Hi everyone! My name is Jordan Cabezon. I was born with congenital heart disease. I was given a pacemaker at age 7 and am living what people call a "normal life": I play soccer and basketball, I act and perform, and I make movies with my friends. I'm considered one of the lucky ones. However, the same cannot be said for many kids who have heart disease. Where I have a pacemaker that regulates a heart beat that otherwise would be slower and irregular (but nothing too serious), some close friends of mine won't live if they don't take medication everyday. Knowing this, I believe it is my duty to help these same kids feel and live the same way that I do.

So, I've teamed up with an organization that aims to do the same called Camp Taylor Inc. They're motto: "Kids meet, scars blend, wonders happen" The part that stands out the most to me is scars blend. Even though the camp educates the kids about their conditions, at the same time, they're having so much fun and making so many friends that their conditions seem to fade away. They can just "live" as opposed to "live with heart disease". Trust me, there's a huge difference.

Now I'm not much of a begging person (I'll admit, I can't even ask my friends for a ride home without feeling terrible for asking). But I would like you to please give to this absolutely wonderful organization. Pills and pacemakers keep these kids alive...Camp Taylor helps them live. Please donate to this great organization.
