This year I will be participating in the 2008 Cooper Bridge 10K Run/Walk with The Charleston Miracle League.  The Charleston Miracle League has built a state of the art handicap accessible baseball complex so children and adults with special needs can be on a team and play baseball.  It is a true joy that every player has a jersey, hears their name broadcast, with play by play, along with adoring fans. 

Our Charleston Southern Baseball team have been buddies, coaches, and fans for the team players of the Charleston Miracle League.  What  great hearts in these young men to share the love of baseball with special players.

Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.  We are hoping to raise over $25,000 to continue to offer this great opportunity children and adults in Charleston.   The Cooper River Bridge Run is the perfect way to sponsor our players.  We are Bridging the Gap Through Baseball.
