September 11, 12 and 13 I am participating in a 3 day cycling ride through the White Mountains to help raise money for Northeast Passage. Northeast Passage is a private non-profit adaptive recreation program for people with disabilities. The Three Notch expedition will challenge cyclists to conquer three mountain passes in three days. Starting Friday September 11, the trip will cover 100 miles and 4,300 feet of elevation gain as cyclists take on New England's magnificent Franconia Notch, Crawford Notch and the famous Kancamagus Highway. Participants in the past have handcycled and tandem biked. The money raised for Northeast Passage will support their many programs.
