Dear Family and Friends,

I am happy to announce that I am organizing my very first Walk for Farm Animals in San Francisco on Saturday October 24th. SInce I cannot work for 3 months I thought I would dedicate a bulk of my time and energy into planning this wonderful event!  

Most of you know that Farm Sanctuary is my favorite cause, and I really hope that you will support me by making a donation.  Any amount will be GREATLY appreciated. I know times are very hard for everyone right now (including me!), so even if it's just $5 it's fine with me :)

I'm participating in the Walk for Farm Animals to help Farm Sanctuary raise awareness about the realities of factory farming. The annual Walk for Farm Animals helps fund Farm Sanctuary's education and advocacy efforts.

Farm Sanctuary is the nation's leading farm animal protection organization. Since incorporating in 1986, Farm Sanctuary has worked to expose and stop cruel practices of the "food animal" industry through research and investigations, legal and institutional reforms, public awareness projects, youth education, and direct rescue and refuge efforts. Farm Sanctuary shelters in Watkins Glen, New York, and Orland, Calif., provide lifelong care for hundreds of rescued animals, who have become ambassadors for farm animals everywhere by educating visitors about the realities of factory farming.
