"Hi, I’m Christopher. What are you going to do this weekend?"
This is my favorite question to ask my friends that I see everyday at Orange Grove Center in Chattanooga. I really like the things I do there, earn money for working, go to music and art classes, swim in the indoor pool and hang out with some really cool people. My mom and dad like it that I am supported in every way that I need by the people and services there. I live in an Orange Grove group home with three great guys who also work at Orange Grove Center.
Orange Grove Center is now conducting a Capital Campaign to sustain and enhance its facilities and programs so that it can continue to serve people who have developmental and intellectual disabilities. It was established in the early 1950's with the original motto "Love overcomes ... vigilance endures". Orange Grove is still filled with love for those in its care and it endures with compassion, innovation, integrity and leadership.
It would help so many others and me if you feel you can contribute to this fund raising effort. Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. If you have any questions about this process or the project, please call mom and dad (Kaye and Dale Foust) at 423-472-0393. A more detailed description of the capital campaign can be seen on the Orange Grove website at www.OrangeGroveCenter.org. This is a 501 (c)3 organization and all contributions are tax deductible.
Thank you very much for considering a donation to Orange Grove Center. It's my true home away from home.
HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!
With Love, Christopher Foust
