The 11th Annual Joe Upshaw Golf Classic is raising money for an awesome cause.  Keep Friendship Alive is helping youth create a sustainable grassroots movement to change the culture of alcohol and drug abuse in America. At an early age, we will inspire young people to pursue their passions and steer clear of substance abuse.  Our flagship program is an unconventional online video series that will kick-start the movement with 6th graders nationwide.  Click here to read more.

We are excited to see you at this year's event - our most important one yet!  Last year, we raised $25,000, and this year our goal is $50,000.  Please invite your friends to golf and donate to this amazing cause, created in memory of Joe Upshaw who died from an accidental alcohol and drug overdose in 2000.  We are all affected in some way by substance abuse, and this is an inspiring way that YOU can make a difference.  Please join the movement!  

Everyone can create a personal fundraising page, regardless if you plan to golf.  Email your page to your network of friends, family, and colleagues to help us reach our goal.  Here are options to get involved:

1.  Come golf with us on Sept. 30th, 2011 in Columbus, OH at the Golf Club of Dublin.  Click here to register for the event and personalize your fundraising page.  We encourage golfers to raise $500 or more.

2.  If you want to be a part of the golf outing but don't golf, come to the dinner.  We are going to have a killer raffle and silent auction.  Click here and select "Register online" then "Dinner attendee only".  

3.  Can't make the event this year?  You guessed it - show your support with a personal fundraising page.  Click here and select "Register online" then "Fundraising only".

4.  Simply make a donation, easy peasy.
