New Hope Academy is a ministry through education that seeks to break the cycle of poverty and overcome the barriers of prejudice, ignorance and injustice that keep our community from reflecting the true glory of God.
The Pre-K through 6th grade student body is blessed to be a racial, cultural and economic reflection of our community. NHA purposes to cultivate wisdom in each child and inspire a heart of service through a classical education approach that instills knowledge, understanding and wisdom, always giving glory and honor to God. We disciple and nurture each child seeking to build relationships (child-to-child and family-to-family), that cross all man-made lines.

Help me celebrate my birthday! I am turning 28 on February 17, 2005 and there is nothing I would like more for my birthday than to sponsor a child at New Hope Academy!
This is my third year as a pre kindergarten teacher at New Hope Academy. New Hope is a school unlike any other. It is a school that celebrates the differences in every child! Children from all walks of life attend New Hope! Because of this, not all children are able to pay for the cost of their education. This is where I can help! If I raise $7500, I will be giving a child an opportunity to attend New Hope free of charge. This will change this child's life! Trust me, I have seen it happen right before my eyes.
I have seen children come from backgrounds of abuse, neglect, or poverty and watched as they blossomed under Christ's love and the hope they receive at New Hope. I have seen families changed by the love they feel here. I have seen children come from backgrounds of wealth and security and watched their lives change as they learn to love everyone regardless of skin color or bank accounts. Everyone that comes through our doors is changed by being here. New Hope is truly a school where everyone is treated equally and everyone learns they deserve to be treated equally.
Why do I teach at New Hope? Because I want to change children's lives for the better. What better place to do this than at a school where I can instill the hope of Christ? Will you help me change a child's life? A donation of any amount will be greatly appreciated. All donations are tax deductible. You will receive a receipt.
