I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) at the age of 26.  Now at the age of 29, I feel truly blessed to be alive.  Fighting this battle with PH is a struggle each and everyday.  Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA) has empowered me to become a PH Advocate through raising awareness to my community, advocating for the PH community, PH education, and most importanly support.  The funds from your donation will continue these services provided to other PH patients, caregivers, and family and friends; also the funds will go towards further research to better treatments of PH and one day a cure for PH. 

Enter the 2nd Annual Bowl PHor Cure bowling tournament on Saturday November 22, 2008 at Hoe Bowl Holiday Lanes 1677 Rte. 9 Wappingers Falls, NY 12590.  Form a team of 5 people, create team name, and register team.  Entry fee of $250/team to be turned in on day of event; but ask family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, or anyone to donate towards entry fee.  (Use plegde form for donations and feel free to go beyond $250/team).  Special prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place highest scoring team and other speical prizes to be awarded.
