Hello friends!

As many of you know I have a passion for keeping our kids safe, healthy and well educated.  Part of that passion has been realized through my involvement with the National PTA where, several years ago, we suggested focusing on Healthy Kids through an annual walk associated with the National PTA Convention!  I've particpated every year and now am pleased so let you know that YOU can help me by sponsoring my walk and National PTA's efforts through the Firstgiving  program. 

You don't have to give much - but your small donation will add to others (my own included!) to help National PTA continue to focus on Healthy Kids.  Our most recent efforts were the national "Rescuing Recess" initiative, as well as continued advocacy for adequate physical education in our schools, healthy lunches/schools and wellness programs. 

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to donate to me, though I'll never turn down a contribution, so stop me anywhere to help out!
