My MTB group, Mere Mortals, is helping Pathways Continuous Care through our Mountain Biking annual charity ride.  No amount is too big or small. 
Pathways is a community-based not-for-profit healthcare organization (more details are available at the Bra Ride website-http://www.braride.org/).
