Thanks for visiting my page!  We had such an AWESOME turnout at last year's Mutt Strut that we just HAD to do it again this year!  Over 1500 people enjoyed the gorgeous day and non-stop pet-oriented activities and we are planning for this year's Strut to be even BIGGER and BETTER!!!  Will you help me support the Suffolk Humane Society in their goal to find homes for the many animals at Suffolk Animal Control and end euthanasia as a means of controlling pet overpopulation?   We have dozens of committed volunteers and hundreds of supportive members, but we also need the help of GREAT people like you!! 

   How can you help?  Here are some options:

1) You can sponsor me by clicking on the "Sponsor me now" link above.  (If you prefer to contribute by cash or check, just email me at ljvetter1@verizon.net and we can set that up.) 

2) You  can sign up for the event and join in the fun!!  You can be a "Mutt Strutter" even if you don't have a dog or are not able to bring your furbaby to the event.  Just click on the "I want to raise money too" above to register.  Registration cost is just $15 (you get a T-shirt, doggie bag, and are eligible for prizes) and we are asking each participant to pledge to raise at least $50.00.  (The Mutt Strutt itself is about 1/2 mile - just long enough to show off our furry kids but not too long to get tired out.)

3) Even if you are not able to contribute  finanacially, come on out to the event and just enjoy the wonderful family fun.  There will be vendors, canine demonstrations, doggie contests, and BEST OF ALL - - - - - there will be a whole bunch of rescue groups with adoptable animals!!!  If you're looking to add some unconditional love and a whole bunch of wet kisses to your home, come on out and find your purrfect match.
